The weather might be getting nicer outside, but Netflix is giving you plenty of reasons to stay indoors this April.

TV selections headed to the streaming service this month include limited series The Serpent, starring Tahar Rahim of the Golden Globe-winning= film The Mauritanian and former Doctor Who companion Jenna Coleman in a true-crime thriller about 1970s serial killer Charles Sobhraj; YA fantasy drama Shadow & Bone, the long-awaited adaptation of Leigh Bardugo’s “Grishaverse” novels (the Shadow and Bone and Six of Crows series); docuseries This Is A Robbery: The World’s Biggest Art Heist, about the 1990 heist that saw two men pose as cops in order to break into Boston’s Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and steal millions of dollars worth of art; and original anime Yasuke, about the legendary Black Samurai.

Films include Octavia Spencer and Melissa McCarthy’s superhero team-up Thunder Force, plus Idris Elba and Stranger Things’ Caleb McLaughlin in the drama Concrete Cowboy, about a troubled teen sent to live with his estranged father who finds kinship in a tight-knit Philadelphia community of Black cowboys.

And don’t forget you can catch up on Netflix’s Oscar-nominated films before the Academy Awards ceremony on April 25 — including The Trial of the Chicago 7, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, and more.

Read on to find out what else is joining them on Netflix and what’s leaving the service in April, with some highlights noted at the top.
