New On DVD in April: Paddington 2, Phantom Thread, The Post and More

There are some really compelling choices at the theaters this month, but if you prefer the comfort of your living room (or your bed), then there are still plenty of choices coming out on DVD, including a number of Oscar-nominated films and one movie that set a Rotten Tomatoes record.
